I have been to 30 states in America, at least 20 different countries around the world, and found a love for Alaska along the way. Although I’ve seen most of the world, Hampton Roads felt the most like home. Which is why my wife and I decided to raise our family here. Prior to getting into real estate I served in the Navy on Submarines for eight years and subsequently worked as a Lead Test Engineer on Submarines for another nine years. After resigning from government I worked in the automotive industry as a General Manager and it was there that I discovered my love of caring for people in my local community. I have a wonderful family! My husband retired from the Navy after serving 28 years. He also worked for the government for 16 years doing the same thing he did in the service, meteorology. He is now retired and breaking world records for powerlifting in his age group.
We are very proud parents of three wonderful young adults. Our oldest is a Registered Nurse at an OBGYN office. Our middle is a Dosimetrist in Portland, Oregon and our youngest works with animals of all sorts. We are also grandparents to two precious grandsons.
